USTFCCCA Men's All-Academic Release

The Wayne State College men's track and field team has been selected to the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Team announced Tuesday.  The Wildcats were just one of 34 NCAA Division II institutions to receive the honor and join Augustana College and Bemidji State as the only other NSIC schools to be selected.  To qualify for the award, a team must post at least a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or better.  Wayne State was tied for 18^th in NCAA Division II with a team grade point average of 3.08 for the 2009-10 school year.
