Athletic Training Forms for the 2008-09 Athletic Year at Wayne State College are now available

The Wayne State College athletic training pre-participation forms are now available for the 200-09 school year. These forms must be completed and returned to the WSC Athletic Training Room prior to participation in Wayne State College intercollegiate athletics for the upcoming academic year.
