Athletic Training Forms for the 2011-12 Athletic Year at Wayne State College are now available
The Wayne State College athletic training pre-participation forms are now available for the 2011-12 school year. These forms must be completed and returned to the WSC Athletic Training Room prior to participation in Wayne State College intercollegiate athletics for the upcoming academic year. Attention: Please read paperwork thoroughly as there have been changes to the primary health insurance coverage policy. All paperwork should be returned no later than July 25th.
