WSC Softball Youth Fielding and Hitting Camp Brochure

            Wayne State College will be hosting a youth fielding and hitting softball camp at the Wayne State College Softball Field on Sunday, September 19th for girls in grades 3-6.  Registration for the camp is from 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. with the camp running from 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

            Instruction will be given by WSC head softball coach Krista Unger, assistant coach Jackie Sheets and members of the 2011 Wildcat softball team.  The camp will cover all aspects of the game, including fielding, hitting, throwing progression, short game and learning your position.  All participants will receive a WSC softball memorabilia.

            Cost of the camp is $50. Campers should come dressed for participation.  It is recommended that you bring cleats and water.  All players must provide their own gloves, bats and appropriate attire for sliding.
