NSIC Sanford Health Women's Basketball Tournament Bracket

            Wayne State College hosts Minnesota Crookston Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. in Rice Auditorium in the opening round of the NSIC/Sanford Health Women's Basketball Tournament.  Since this is a Northern Sun Conference event, all spectators will be required to purchase a ticket, including WSC season ticket holders.  Ticket prices for Wednesday's game are $10 for adult general admission, $2 for students and kids 5 & under are free.
            Wayne State enters the tournament as the #2 seed from the South Division with records of 24-6 overall and 18-4 in league play.  Minnesota Crookston is the #7 seed from the North Division and has records of 8-18 overall and 8-14 in NSIC games.  The two teams met in Crookston on February 3rd with the Wildcats prevailing 67-60.
            Following Wednesday's first round games, the quarterfinal, semifinal and championship games will be played in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at the Sanford Pentagon on Sunday, February 25, Monday, February 26 and Tuesday, February 27.
