2018 Outdoor: Won the NSIC Throwing Triple Crown for second straight year, winning the shot put (54' 3 1/4"), discus (166' 6") and hammer throw (203' 3")...earned National Championship in hammer throw (5/24/18) in Charlotte, N.C. with new school-record throw of 212' 3"...also earned All-American honors with fifth place in shot put (50' 8 3/4") and was 10th in the discus (150' 7")...named NSIC Women's Field Athlete of the Year and USTFCCCA Central Region Women's Field Athlete of the Year...selected NSIC Field Athlete of the Week five out of six times during the season...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team and was awarded WSC Female Athlete of the Year honors at season-ending athletic banquet.

2018 Indoor: Was National Runner-Up in the shot put and weight throw...placed second in the shot put (53' 1 1/2") and set new school record with second place finish in weight throw at 67' 0"...was the NSIC Champion in both events winning the shot put (49' 10") and weight throw (65' 6")...voted NSIC Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Year and USTFCCCA Central Region Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Year...set new school record in the shot put with mark of 54' 10 1/4" at Husker Invite (2/3/18)...was double event winner at the SDSU Division II Invitational and the Minnesota State Open...repeat selection the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2017 Outdoor: Earned All-American Honors in three events and was National Champion in the shot put during outdoor season...set new school record with mark of 54' 9 1/4" to win shot put on 5/27/17 in Bradenton, Florida...collected second place finish in hammer throw with mark of 206' 1" and was sixth in the discus (165' 4") for third All-American finish...named NSIC Women's Field Athlete of the Year after winning three events at NSIC Championships...set new meet and school record winning hammer throw with heave of 208' 5"...also won the discus (157' 8") and shot put (53' 10 1/4")...placed in the top three during the regular season at every meet in the discus, hammer throw and shot put...was named NSIC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week all six weeks of the regular season...also excelled in the classroom named CoSIDA Academic All-American Second Team and First Team Academic All-District VII with a 3.63 GPA majoring in biology.

2017 Indoor: Was All-NSIC in the shot put and weight throw and qualified for nationals in both events...placed second in weight throw with season best mark with 63' 4 1/4" and was third in the shot put at 46' 3/4"...was 10th at nationals in both events, missing All-American Honors by inches...in weight throw missed finals by four inches at 61' 3" and missed finals in shot put by 2 3/4' with mark of 47' 2 1/4"...named USTFCCCA All-Region in both events and was Second Team All-American...won both shot put and weight throw at SDSU DII Invite (1/20/17)...also won the shot put at Minnesota State Open (1/27/17) and weight throw at USD Last Chance Meet (2/17/17)...one of five Wildcats named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2015 Outdoor:  Earned All-American and All-NSIC honors in the shot put and discus while also placing at the NSIC Championships in the hammer throw...set new school record in the discus with a second place finish (178' 3") at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Nationals (5/22/15) in Allendale, Michigan...also placed seventh in the shot put (49' 5 3/4") to earn second All-American honor...at the NSIC Championships in Sioux Falls, was All-NSIC with second place finishes in the shot put thanks to a season-high throw of 50' 6 1/4" and the discus (162' 1") to go with a seventh place finish in the hammer throw (173' 2")...had season-high mark of 178' 10" in the hammer throw at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/2/15)...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2015 Indoor:  Placed at the NSIC Indoor Championships in two events and was a national qualifier in the shot put and weight throw...finished fourth in the shot put (46' 7 1/2") and weight throw (57' 10 1/2") at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/15)...at the NCAA Indoor Nationals, finished 17th in the weight throw (55' 11") and tied for 16th in the shot put (foul)...recorded season-best marks of 52' 2 3/4" in the shot put (NCAA automatic mark) and 59' 2 1/4" (NCAA provisional mark) at the Wildcat Open (1/31/15)...had first place finishes in the weight throw at the Minnesota State Preseason Open (12/6/14) and the Nisely Classic at Doane (1/17/15)...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2014 Outdoor: Was a national qualifier in the discus during freshman season after recording season best mark of 155' 2" at the Mt. Marty Twilight Invite (4/22/14)... placed in two events at the NSIC Championships taking fifth in the discus (142'4") and fifth in the hammer throw (167'1")...was 19th at the NCAA Division II Nationals in the discus (130'2").

2014 Indoor: Competed in the shot put and weight throw during the season...was 10th at the NSIC Indoor Championships in the shot put (40' 10 1/4") and 18th in the weight throw (47' 11")...threw season-best 53' 9" in the weight throw at UNK Pre Holiday Invite (12/14/13) to place fifth...had season-best mark of 43' 3 3/4" in shot put at USD Twilight Meet (2/21/14) to finish ninth in the event.

High School: Graduate of Hartington Public Schools where she competed in track and field, volleyball and basketball...was a three year state qualifier in track and field...as a senior in 2013, was the Class D runner-up at state in both the shot put and discus...had personal best marks of 151' 3" in the discus and 42' 8" in the shot put, a meet record at the Northeast Nebraska Track and Field Classic in Norfolk...medaled in the shot put in 2012 with a toss of 37'11", winning a district championship and a conference championship...was part of two track and field conference championship teams and two district championship teams in 2010 and 2012...holds the school record in the discus with a throw of 133'10"...part of a 4 x 100 meter relay team that holds the school record at 51.976.
