Kansas Relays Men's 10,000 Meter Results

Five members of the Wayne State College men's track and field team competed Thursday night at the Kansas Relays held in Lawrence, Kansas.  Nate Preston's 14th place finish in the 10,000 meter run was the highest finish of the five Wildcat runners that competed.

In the men's unseeded 1,500 meter run, Cheto Cerda was 28th with a time of 4:09.35 with teammate Lee Anderson right behind in 29th place at 4:09.37.

In the men's 10,000 meter run, senior Nate Preston finished 14th out of 42 runners with a time of 32:06.24.  John Kern was 18th overall at 32:30.61 and York Thomas placed 25th in a time of 32:59.17.
