2012 Outdoor: Competed in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, long jump and  triple jump for the Wildcats...set a new school record and a NCAA automatic mark in the 200 meter dash at the Nebraska Invite with a time of 21.52 seconds to finish second...placed fourth at the NSIC Championships in the triple jump with a distance of 46'5 1/2". 

2012 Indoor: Placed third in the triple jump at the NSIC Indoor Championships with NCAA provisional mark of 47' 4 1/4"...also finished 11th in long jump (21' 4 1/4") and ran leg on third place 4 x 400 meter relay team at NSIC Indoor Championships...also ran 60 meter dash in several meets and had season-best time of 7.12 at WSC Mini Meet on 2-18-12...selected to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2011 Outdoor: Earned All NSIC honors by winning the triple jump at NSIC Championships with NCAA provisional mark of 48' 5 1/4"...had season best mark of 20' 1 1/2" to finish 19th in the long jump...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2011 Indoor: Finished second in the triple jump at the NSIC Indoor Championships with NCAA provisional and season-best mark of 47' 10 1/2"...also had season-best mark at NSIC Championships in long jump with leap of 21' 4 1/4"...ran leg on new school record setting 4 x 200 meter relay team at Buena Vista Classic on 2-5-11 with time of 1:50.77...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2010 Outdoor: Earned All-Conference honors with a second place finish in the triple jump with season-best mark of 46' 4 1/4" at the NSIC Championships...also ran leg on fifth place 4 x 100 meter relay team (42.74) at NSIC Meet...won the triple jump at the Winona State Last Chance Qualifier with mark of 44'11".

2010 Indoor: Finished third in triple jump with a mark of 46' 4 1/4" at the NSIC Championships in Mankato...won triple jump with an effort of 46' 8 3/4" for season best mark and finish at the Wildcat Preseason Open on 12/12/09...also competed in the long jump with a season best mark of 20' 9" at the Mankato State Open on 1/30/10.

2009 Outdoor: Finished 10th in the triple jump (42' 10 1/4") and 18th in the long jump (19' 8 1/4") at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...finished third in the triple jump (44' 8") and fourth in the long jump (20' 8 1/2"), both season-best efforts, in the Mount Marty Open on 3-29-09...won the triple jump (44' 4 3/4") and placed sixth in the long jump (20' 1/4") at the Wildcat Open on 4-3-09...ran leg on seventh place 4 x 100 relay team (42.90) at the Nebraska Invite on 4-11-09...also ran leg on first place 4 x 100 relay team (43.00) and finished fourth in the triple jump (44' 5 1/2") at the Sioux City Relays on 4-18-09...placed fourth in the triple jump (42' 6 1/4") and seventh in the long jump (19' 9 1/2") at the South Dakota Dual on 4-28-09 and also placed sixth in the triple jump (43' 10") at the Howard Wood Relays on 5-2-09.

2009 Indoor: Placed fifth in the triple jump at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a season-best mark of 44' 7"...also competed in the long jump and was 18th at 19' 10 1/4"...finished third in the triple jump (44' 1/2") and was fifth in the long jump with a season-best mark (20' 9 3/4") at the Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-14-09.

Personal: Graduate of Norfolk High School...Born on January 4, 1990...majoring in sociology.
